Cancellation/No-Show/Refund Policy

  • There are NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS! All deposits and services are non-refundable.

 

  • If you must cancel or postpone your follow up appointment, please give a 24-hour notice and remember it could be several months before you are able to reschedule. You will be sent two courtesy reminders before your appointment. If you do not confirm after the initial reminder, a second and final reminder will be sent before your appointment. If you do not confirm before 24 hours, your appointment will be automatically cancelled without notice.

  • If you are sick, DO NOT come to your appointment. Call and/or text to be rescheduled.

  • There is a 100% charge of the total cost of your service(s) for canceled and no show appointments.

  • If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will not be charged. Please note there are NO refunds regardless of whether you cancel in the 24 hour time frame or not. If you decide to reschedule, your deposit will be held and you will not be charged an additional deposit for the rescheduled appointment as long as the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • You are only allowed to reschedule twice and have your deposit held. After two rescheduled appointments, you will forfeit your deposit and be required to pay the deposit required for your service(s) of choice again.

  • If you reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee for that day. Please take this policy into consideration before booking. There are NO refunds.

  • Also, please note that there is a $50 consultation fee for permanent makeup and paramedical tattoo services. If you are found to not be a candidate for permanent makeup, and you paid the full deposit as set by AB Artistry & Aesthetics, you will only receive partial payment back. For example, if the total deposit is $100 and you are found to not be a candidate for the permanent makeup service, you will receive $50 back as the other $50 is the payment for the consultation. This is only if you are not a candidate for the procedure  because the risk(s) of doing the procedure outweigh the benefits as decided by the artist ONLY.  Changing your mind or any other excuses will not be accepted and full payment of the deposit will not be refunded.

  • Please note, for permanent makeup touchup appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee.
